		<description>We need to figure out some way to get Food Network to look at your blog. It&#039;s as good as any recipe instructions they&#039;ve got. And the pictures are really GOOD! They look like they were taken by a professional camera in a studio or something.

		<description>I tried the &quot;keep warm&quot; on mine and that was way too low. After 9 hours it was not done. Put it on low and you can let it go for 8 to 10 hours. The steel-cut oats will stand up to the longer cooking time better, but the regular ones are fine, too.</description>
