		<description>Looks a bit too loose.  You should probably cook that down quite a bit more.  What I would recommend is after you&#039;ve cooked the vegetables add in a teaspoon or more of tomato paste and then cook that until caramelized before adding in the tomatoes.  That will be a deeper and richer flavor.  Plus you should use at least one can of crushed tomatoes in addition to or in place of the chopped tomatoes.</description>
