Yes, there’s a finely chopped scallion and a bit of Italian parsley in the topping. I just threw in that one tablespoon of parsley at the last minute because I thought it needed a little more color. I should have included that in the recipe. Thanks for pointing it out!

Have enjoyed your blog for months now. My dad grew up in south Georgia (Moultrie to be exact) and I so regret not getting in the kitchen with my relatives on our visits there. Lawry’s somehow seems to be a perfect match for southern food, southern cookouts, southern summers!
P.S. Is that finely chopped Italian parsley in the topping for the grilled new potatoes?
