Memorial Day 2012

It’s Memorial Day weekend already!?! But wait…didn’t we just take down the Christmas decorations? Wow. This year is really flying by. Kids are out of school, the neighborhood pool is open for fun, and neighbors have their grills fired up in the afternoon. Ah…summer.

It’s very hard to choose only one or two recipes, they all look scrumptious! That Texas caviar is calling me :)

Have a wonderful weekend.

We’re having a get together next weekend and I’m on the lookout for some good recipes for it! I can’t wait to try some of these… especially that pork recipe!

That slow cooker pulled pork is so good, Kristen. Especially nice for summer since it doesn’t heat up the kitchen.
