– Canola oil – Pork shoulder – Flour – Sausage – Cumin – Onions – Jalapeno – Poblano pepper – Enchilada sauce – Chicken stock – Cheese


Take a few minutes to dice all the peppers and onions and to cut the pork into cubes.

Then heat the oil in a large (8-quart or larger) saucepan over medium-high heat.
