Brittle with pumpkin seeds instead of peanuts and the addition of cinnamon. Perfect for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients – butter  –  baking soda –  vanilla extract –  cinnamon – salt –  sugar –  corn syrup –  toasted hulled pumpkin seeds

Prepare the Pan and Gather Ingredients

Stir the baking soda into the vanilla until dissolved, stir together the pumpkin seeds, salt, and cinnamon.

Cook the Brittle

Immediately pour the hot mixture into your prepared pan.

Cool and Break the Brittle
