Overnight Sausage & Egg Casserole

This easy Overnight Sausage and Egg Casserole has all your favorite breakfast foods in one great dish. The perfect thing to serve your overnight guests.

We made this when we had a big brunch! It was delicious and easy. We also added mushrooms and onions to it.

— Red bell pepper — Onion — Sausage — White bread — Eggs — Milk


Cut the onions and bell pepper into small dice.


Remove the breakfast sausage from its packaging. Use whatever sausage you like best and as spicy or mild as you want.


Cook the onions, pepper, and sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through (no pink remains in the sausage).


Break the sausage meat up while it’s cooking so that it’s nice and crumbly.
