Wash Okra

Wash and trim (if necessary) the okra pods.

Fill Jars

Place okra in the washed, sterilized canning jars.

Add Spices

Add salt, garlic, dill seed, and peppercorns to the jars.

Add More Okra

Finish filling the jars with okra and garlic.

Process in a Water Bath

Add hot brine, close jars, and process in boiling water bath.

Cool and Store

Allow the jars to cool completely and then store in a cool, dark place.
