Ingredients – Cubanelle peppers – Orange bell pepper –Orange bell pepper – Tomatoes – Garlic – Onion – Kalamata olives – Oregano – Italian sausages – Black pepper – Olive oil

Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup (optional). Set aside.

Prepare the veggies: Deseed all the peppers and cut into strips lengthwise.

Add all the prepared vegetables to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
