Start the Stew

Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.

Cook

Cook for 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

Pull the Pork

Remove the cooked pork roast and pull, or shred, it using two forks.

Mix Well

Add the shredded pork back to the slow cooker and mix well.
