Southern Fried Quail  An old-fashioned southern  delicacy often served with grits and biscuits for brunch or supper.  The quail are simply seasoned and deep fried to a golden brown.

Season the Quail

Thoroughly sprinkle each quail inside and out with salt and pepper.

Dredge in Flour

Generously dredge the seasoned quail in plain flour.

Fry in Hot Oil

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
