An ice cream float with pralines, coffee, and the zing of ginger. Definitely dessert worthy!

For each serving:

scoops Pralines and Cream ice cream

ginger snaps

lukewarm strong coffee
Instructions
Place the ice cream in a tall glass.
Crumble the ginger snaps on top of the ice cream.
Pour the coffee over ice cream and ginger snaps.
Serve with a spoon or straw.
