A quick and easy cheesesteak style pizza using a convenient refrigerated pizza crust.

Ingredients
1refrigerated pizza crust
16sliceswhite American cheese
1small onionsliced
1small green bell peppersliced
½poundthickly sliced deli roast beef
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F for dark or nonstick pan (425°F for all other pans). Spray a 15x10-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan, pressing into a rectangle. Bake about 8 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
While the crust is cooking, place a skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Saute the onions and peppers until wilted but not browned.
Prep the roast beef by slicing into strips.
Arrange 10 slices of American cheese over pizza crust.
Place the sliced roast beef on top of the cheese.
Arrange remaining cheese on top of roast beef.
Top with sauteed onions and peppers.
Return to oven and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
