Ingredients
3avocados
1tomatovery ripe
½red oniondiced small
½cupfresh cilantrochopped
1tablespoongarlicfinely minced
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonlime juice
2teaspoonsTajin seasoning
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a large spoon. Place the avocado flesh in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mash well with a fork.
Mince the cilantro, dice the tomato, and dice the red onion. Add to the mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Notes
To store - One method is to place a piece of plastic wrap against the top of the guacamole in a tightly closed container. Another way is by adding a half-inch of water to the top of the guacamole in its container. Either method will allow about two days of refrigerator storage.
