Ingredients
2ripe peachespeeled and sliced
½cupblueberriesrinsed and dried
1cupvanilla yogurt
¼cuplowfat granola
Instructions
Prep the peaches and blueberries.
In two bowls or parfait glasses, layer peaches, blueberries, yogurt, and granola.
Serve immediately.
Notes
To make ahead - prepare the bowls or glasses and store them covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Leave the granola off when making in advance so that it doesn't become soggy.
Fresh fruit is always best but if it isn't available, you can use frozen fruit that has been thawed and well-drained.
