Weekly Menu Plan for October 28-November 3

This week’s menu, with its variety of flavors, should keep your family’s dinnertime interesting! Whether you want to spend just a few minutes putting together my hearty Tuna Melt sandwich or you’d rather let the slow cooker do the heavy lifting with some fall-apart Barbecued Ribs, this week’s menu has something for every schedule and craving.

This week’s highlights include comfort-food classics like Baked Spaghetti, a creamy Ham and Noodle casserole, and my Garlicky Beef Stew for Halloween evening! For something a little different, try my Georgia BLT, a Southern twist on the classic BLT featuring crispy fried green tomatoes.

This ham casserole sounds like a winner! I have to make a minor adjustment due to food allergies at my house, so I removed the peppers and added frozen green peas to the soup layer. Thanks for sharing your recipes! Sometimes we forget the old recipes we have loved for decades. This reminder was timely for this old cook! Blessings on your day!
