Weekly Menu Plan for November 11-17

This week’s menu plan brings comforting, hearty meals to the table, starting with a nod to Veterans Day with Creamed Chipped Beef, an iconic dish many will recognize. As the weather cools, I’m mixing in some cozy favorites like my Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup, perfect for warming up on chilly nights, and an Oven Baked Pot Roast that’s just made for a classic Sunday supper.

We’re also adding a little twist to the week with a BLT Pizza, where smoky bacon, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomatoes come together on a delicious crust for a fun spin on the classic sandwich.

A collage of recipes included in this week's menu plan.

In the printable pdf, you’ll also find suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Whether you’re looking for a quick weeknight meal or a slow-cooked, comforting dish, these recipes are here to make your week a little simpler—and a lot more delicious.

This recipe sounds so good. I already make spaghetti sauce from scratch, so I’m ready to try something different. I’d never heard the term ‘passada’, so will look for that sauce. I think I can get it from a local Harris Teeter, or there’s always Amazon. It sounds very rich and Italian!! I will probably add more fresh garlic and maybe make more, smaller sized meatballs, just as a preference. Thanks for another great recipe to try!!

    1. Are you referring to the Jumbo Meatballs recipe? Yes, that’s a really good one! By the way – passata is just purรฉed, strained uncooked tomatoes. It usually comes in a glass jar and is in with the canned tomatoes and sauce in the grocery store.
