This recipe sounds so good. I already make spaghetti sauce from scratch, so I’m ready to try something different. I’d never heard the term ‘passada’, so will look for that sauce. I think I can get it from a local Harris Teeter, or there’s always Amazon. It sounds very rich and Italian!! I will probably add more fresh garlic and maybe make more, smaller sized meatballs, just as a preference. Thanks for another great recipe to try!!
Are you referring to the Jumbo Meatballs recipe? Yes, that’s a really good one! By the way – passata is just purรฉed, strained uncooked tomatoes. It usually comes in a glass jar and is in with the canned tomatoes and sauce in the grocery store.
